Job Title : Solution Architect
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement data architectures and solutions.
- Develop and implement data architectures that meet all the business requirements and industry standards to allow users to see records, allow many-to-many links between records and accounts etc.
- Design and implement data solutions that support business processes and decision-making which will help that will have a streamlined process for the users in requesting for additional documents, disbursing allowances, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration with other client systems along with the integration developer for all the related systems.
- Oversee data management practices, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management for the customer relationship, sync client, customer data to maintain better data health and reduce duplicate records in the system.
- Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability for making better payment processing, renewals, claim workflow, etc.
