Position Title: Identity and Access Management Engineer
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive IAM Engineer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, particularly in areas such as Access Management (SSO/MFA), Access Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role includes providing Level 2 support and participating in various engineering initiatives, all while fostering a culture of ongoing development and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, particularly in areas such as Access Management (SSO/MFA), Access Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role includes providing Level 2 support and participating in various engineering initiatives, all while fostering a culture of ongoing development and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Management:
- Implement and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) solutions.
- Ensure integration of these solutions with various internal systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues.
- Access Governance:
- Assist in the management of Access Governance tools, such as SailPoint.
- Help configure and customize these tools to align with business needs.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM):
- Support PAM solutions and ensure privileged account security.
- Address and resolve PAM-related incidents and alerts.
- Level 2 Support:
- Offer Level 2 support for IAM tools and related technologies.
- Work with Level 1 teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain documentation for solutions and best practices.
- Engineering Contribution:
- Participate in the design and deployment of IAM-related projects.
- Collaborate with teams across functions to implement IAM solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with core IAM concepts and tools.
- Experience with SSO/MFA solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
- Proficiency with Access Governance tools (e.g., SailPoint).
- Understanding of PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Experience in providing Level 2 support for IAM-related issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to users.
- Professional Traits:
- Self-driven and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to stay current with new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SailPoint).
