About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team, supporting large-scale projects for enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multimillion-dollar programs, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, oversee resource allocation, manage risks, and provide strategic direction to achieve business goals. This role is vital to the success of complex projects and will directly impact the value delivered to the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Planning & Initiation : Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed program plans and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Resource & Team Management : Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including coordinating 5 Project Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring the success of large-scale programs.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of financial resources for programs exceeding $100M.
- Risk & Issue Management : Identify program risks early and create effective mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure the program stays on track.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Program Execution & Delivery : Oversee all program activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring : Track program progress and key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including detailed reports, plans, and communications, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed.
- Continuous Improvement : Evaluate and apply lessons learned from past projects to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in future programs.
