- Collaboration: Our Sourcers work side-by-side with Recruiters and are actively involved in intake sessions, stakeholder meetings, and regular team updates to foster clear communication and a cohesive working environment.
- Knowledge Sharing: We value collaboration and believe in sharing sourcing techniques, strategies, and insights to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts.
- Creativity and Resourcefulness: We encourage our Sourcers to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. If you have a creative solution to a sourcing challenge, we want to hear it and test it together as a team!
- Primary Focus: Sourcing for Design & Product teams, with additional support for Engineering teams as needed.
- Talent Engagement: Identify and engage with passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Design/Engineering leadership to understand hiring needs, develop strategies, and share hiring recommendations.
- Tracking and Reporting: Keep track of your pipeline, providing relevant updates to partners on roles and projects.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pipeline while engaging with both passive candidates and inbound applicants.
- Internal Relationship Building: Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams, including Compensation and HR Business Partners.
- Interview Preparation: Ensure that hiring managers and interview teams are well-prepared for interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- 5 years of experience in recruiting or screening talent, particularly within high-growth tech companies.
- Ability to represent the company professionally both internally and externally.
- Experience advising hiring managers, particularly within Design and Engineering teams.
- Passion for sourcing diverse talent and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with ATS systems like WorkdayRecruit or similar platforms.
