Job Description

What’s the role?

As the Senior Technical Sourcer, you will source candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews. You will interact with Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, hiring managers, and hiring teams.

For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Candidates living within commutable distance of the Brooklyn Office Hub or in the San Francisco Bay Area may be the first to be considered. For candidates within commutable distance, in-office attendance once or twice per week is required depending on your proximity to the office. The company offers different work modes to meet the variety of needs and preferences of our team.

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • Technical recruitment for various technical teams.
  • Identifying/engaging passive talent.
  • Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Engineering/Product stakeholders/leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, supporting events, and building strategy.
  • Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
  • Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process, building strong diverse pipelines, sourcing passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants.
  • Building strong internal relationships and working cross-functionally with the greater HR teams (including but not limited to, HR Business Partners, Compensation, etc.).
  • Acting as an internal and external-facing representative of the company and our talent acquisition team.
  • Ensuring hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.

Qualities That Will Help You Thrive In This Role

  • 5 years of recruiting and/or screening experience of engineering talent at a high-growth tech company.
  • The ability to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy both internally and externally.
  • Experience advising hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Passion for sourcing passive and diverse talent.
  • The ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
  • Familiarity with WorkdayRecruit or equivalent ATS experience.
