- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to ensure the property remains in good condition.
- Supervise porters regarding cleaning and maintenance of grounds.
- Supervise cleaning of all pools and pool areas daily.
- Inspect vacant apartments, enabling such units to be turned over properly (in a "move-in condition").
