Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Maintenance Lead role located in Santa Teresa, NM at TAM Residential. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair tasks, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and property upkeep.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
