Job Purpose:
The CSA position has a significant role within our company as a key member of our team. The CSA will perform a multitude of client service processes and provide internal office support.
General Accountabilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Takes initiative and is proactive in fulfilling all aspects of the client service role
- Present professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, visitors, vendors, etc. on phone, in person and via email.
- Phone Reception as needed, alternating responsibility
- Anticipates client needs, solves problems and follows through with exceptional service
- Responds to incoming emails and telephone calls in a professional manner to ensure that the client’s request is met in a timely fashion
- Facilitates all types of client needs such as client deposits, distributions, trades, address changes, investor access needs.
- Manages calendar and schedules meetings for clients, prospects and outside vendors
- Documents all relevant action items and tasks being tracked in the database * Interacts with the firms’ home office support to develop cooperative relationships and guarantee timely follow through on requests
- Executes project-related tasks to contribute to the firm’s development
- Works closely with the Executive Manager in coordinating daily client correspondence
- Cultivates ideas to develop or help improve office systems and protocol * Processing of all required forms / documentation with broker dealer, with immediate follow-up to ensure accuracy.
- Cross training on all branch cage activity, with alternating responsibility
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- 4-year college degree preferred * Outlook email * Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe PDF * Microsoft OneNote * Ability to improvise and proactively assist in client requests or firm tasks * High communication skills (written and presentational) * Above-average organizational and administrative skills * Ability to take detailed notes and follow instructions with little guidance * Proven time and project management skills * Self-directed and motivated * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
