About the Job:
The Environmental Services Team Leader will assist the department director in day-to-day supervision of the Environmental Services staff and is responsible to assure a clean, safe and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and employees. Performs duties efficiently with a commitment to quality and excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Must have completed competencies for ES Assistant/Technician job description.
- Must be competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have demonstrated leadership ability. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be willing to complete additional supervisory training classes as necessary.
- Must have demonstrated communication skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people, individually and in groups.
- Must be flexible and be able to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate records.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
Shift Time: 8- hour shifts (mainly 2nd shift)
