Job Details
Critical access hospital in northwest Wisconsin is looking for a Physical Therapist to complete a 13 week travel assignment.
This is a traveler friendly facility and the area offers a variety of outdoor activities including miles of beautiful cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails.
Job Requirements
Must have BLS and WI Physical Therapy Licensure.
Required Certifications : BLS, MPT or DPT
Schedule Information
Shifts & Scheduling : Mon-Fri.
Flexible schedules if needed between business hours.
Weekend Requirements : No
Holiday Requirements : No
Additional Details
12 / 23 START DATE
of patients treated per day : 9-10 patients in an 8 hour day. 45 min appts.
Experience : 2 years of experience preferably in outpatient.
Department specific orientation : Yes- the first 2 days. Orientation is with the Rehab Director.
