Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Specialty : Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC / SNF)
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 8-hour Evenings, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week
Experience : Minimum 2 years
License : Required to Submit
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must-Have : Experience in long-term care
Job Description :
- Provide care for residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting.
- Work evening shifts from 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM.
- Every other weekend shift required.
- Holiday work may be required.
- Must be familiar with EPIC charting system.
- No on-call or standby requirements.
- Charge Nurse / House Supervisor available, not required to take assignments.
- Flexible scrub color / dress code.
- Unit-specific orientation provided.
- Located in a post-acute care setting.
- No floating requirements.
