Description
The HR Generalist / Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to the leadership team and employees on human resources-related matters. This role supports the HR department in aligning HR strategies with organizational culture and goals. This role collaborates closely with leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, as well as federal, state and local regulations.
- Strategic partnership with designated leaders, providing guidance and support for workforce planning, talent management and employee relations for the full employee life cycle.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and practice, offer guidance, direction and training to leadership on administration of policies and disciplinary matters.
- Conducts thorough workplace investigations as necessary. Ensures proper documentation is maintained in all performance situations and seeks support from HR Leader and/or legal counsel as appropriate.
- Primary point of contact for leaders and employees to resolve workplace issues and conflicts and promote effective working relationships.
- Management of Leaves of Absences and Worker Compensation Claims, including leadership training and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring effective communication and training of available options and requirements. Keep current on benefit regulations and trends and provide data-driven recommendations to remain competitive in offerings.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR Related policies and procedures.
- Support organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.
