What You'll Do
As Production Site Supervisor, you'll manage the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless performance and adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with your team, provide training, identify improvement opportunities, and perform daily tasks that uphold GMP, food safety standards, and HACCP critical control points.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate employees to achieve high performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and HR policies.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to your team.
- Responsible for the completion of all production paperwork; evaluate and maintain processes to optimize productivity, minimize errors, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Use software systems to track inventory, manage production, oversee order fulfillment, and meet schedule goals.
- Be operationally versatile and serve as site Safety Champion, supporting all positions in the production process, including logistics.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment; food production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, including FDA and HACCP standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Knowlege with safety protocols, including food safety regulations, GMPs, and OSHA regulations.
