Food for Thought is hiring! We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to manage and improve daily operations at our food manufacturing facility. As the Production Supervisor, you will oversee production floor employees, ensuring they meet performance expectations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct food production staff to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for the completion of all production paperwork; evaluate and maintain processes to optimize productivity, minimize errors, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Administer company policies and procedures including OSHA and safety.
- Liaise with other stakeholders to support goals and plans to ensure consistency across all functions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment; food production preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate difficult personnel challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with production software systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowlege with safety protocols, including food safety regulations, GMPs, and OSHA regulations.
