Inside Sales Representative

Tamarack Industries is seeking an inside sales representative to join our team! Tamarack is a smaller, local plastics manufacturing company that serves multiple industries. We are committed to providing great service to our customers and developing our people.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Yakima, WA at Tamarack Industries, LLC. This role consists of ownership of day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and reaching out to potential customers, representing our products and services with industry knowledge, maintaining detailed notes and appropriate follow ups, processing orders, and managing existing accounts with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have business-to-business sales experience and preferably a background in or knowledge of the plastics industry, particularly thermoforming and custom injection molding.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Knowledge of packaging, storage, and transport solutions
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
