Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Implement and maintain effective cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel sector is preferred.
