Job Description :
The Content, Social Media, and PR Manager will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing all social media platforms, and leading public relations efforts to enhance the resort’s brand visibility and reputation. This role ensures alignment between the resort’s voice across online platforms and traditional media, fostering positive relationships with guests, journalists, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Creation and Social Media Management
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, including blog posts, photography, videos, and social media updates.
- Write engaging and brand-aligned copy for social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and community management.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth).
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other content creators to gather and curate visuals.
2. Public Relations (PR) Management
