- Calculate guest bills accurately, accept payment, and provide correct change.
- Maintain effective communication with guests and team members to address questions and provide assistance.
- Efficiently record orders and relay them to the kitchen and bartender.
- Verify guests' ages when necessary and handle according to policy.
- Coordinate food and beverage orders with the kitchen and bartender.
- Answer phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Develop a working knowledge of the resort's amenities and services among guests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, property owners, homeowners, club members, and colleagues.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
