Join us and discover the beauty of living and working in the heart of the Central Idaho mountains.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide 60-minute relaxing facial treatments for a variety of clients. Review client needs from check in forms to verify the best treatment for their facial skin care needs. Manage schedule to keep appointments moving smoothly through the spa. Oversee your treatment room to assure it meets standards set by the spa for cleanliness. Monitor needs for supplies for timely reordering. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must have excellent communication and speaking skills to acquire details from clients when they call. Must have excellent computer skills for operating scheduling software. Be able to present oneself in a positive way when greeting and checking in guests. Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A minimum or 2 years experience in a spa or similar environment EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Licensing in the state of Idaho required – and licenses from many states can be applied within Idaho.   SKILLS Good computer and organizational skills and capable of managing details of your schedule and monitor appointments from a smart phone or device remotely. Good ability to interact with your clients and understand their needs and offer advisement.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to handle a variety of customer responses and request assistance from management if needed to handle any customer situations. You will be working with 5-7 co-workers in the spa and salon. Tamarack is a mountain resort, and during winter months reliable transportation will be necessary to drive to and from work in snow.
