As a Food Runner at Tamarack Resort, you will be responsible for delivering prepared food from the kitchen to tables in our Food and Beverage Outlet. This role requires close collaboration with the expo team to ensure prompt delivery of food and exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify each plate of food for accuracy according to the guest's order.
- Maintain condiments accompanying each order.
- Ensure that all items on the order are ready and placed together on the tray.
- Exercise diligence to prevent breakage and loss.
- Inform servers of guest needs.
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing side work as assigned by the manager on duty.
- Restock linens for service and replenish work stations with appropriate plates and saucers, etc.
- Inform servers of potential guest issues.
Requirements:
- Flexibility: This role requires adaptability with regards to workdays and hours.
- Experience: Previous experience providing exceptional service to others is essential.
- Excellent phone skills are required.
- A 'people person' who can create experiences beyond expectations.
