What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Ed/Movement Teacher position at Tamarack Waldorf School?
Tamarack Waldorf School is actively seeking candidates for the role of Grade School Physical Education/Movement Teacher. This is a part-time role working with students in grades first through eighth. The ideal candidate has three years’ experience teaching Physical Education and/or Movement and demonstrates an ability to teach in a lively manner. Experience working in a diverse community and classroom setting will be vital to success.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Waldorf teaching certification and previous Waldorf School teaching experience are highly valued.
Now in our 25th year, Tamarack Waldorf School is a full member school of AWSNA, encompassing early childhood through Grade 8, with an enrollment of more than 225 students.
