What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of the house manager position at tamarind fine dining restaurant?
Daily employee supervision , weekly inventory for front of the house items, scheduling for front of the house staff
Opening and closing shifts would be your responsibility and a flexible schedule will include weekends
Must have a good knowledge of wine , beer and other liquor.
You need to have the ability to train front of the house wait staff and bartenders.
Manager will oversee the restaurant ,hire qualified staff , monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring that all products and beverages are ordered in the correct quantities.
Must have a strong customer service backround
Five years plus experience in management position in a fine dining restaurant
