Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the service department.
- Communicate with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide accurate.
- Schedule serviced appointments and managed the service schedule to ensure timely and efficient service for customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, addressing and resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and update service records and customer profiles in the service database.
- Maintain a clean and organized service department, including customer waiting areas and service bays.
- Inform customers about promotional discounts and incentives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of Automotive experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to interpret and handle confidential information.
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.
