Major Responsibilities/Activities: - Sorts and counts contents of table games and card games and currency acceptor drop boxes
- Verifies counts.
- Follows procedure to perform the slot, kiosk, and blind drop in compliance with the Internal Control Standards and the Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
- Operates high speed currency counting equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: - Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to work in a fast paced team environment.
- One year cash handling experience.
- Basic mechanical ability skills a plus.
- Ability to calculate and apply basic math concepts.
- Must have experience in Excel, Word, and Windows.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
