Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance AnalystI.

What You’ll Get to Do:
- Facilities and Infrastructure Communications Support -
- Operations and Sustainment Program
- Operations and Sustainment Support
- Collect workload metrics, identify facilities planning workload categories, track workload, report workload trends
- Attain and maintain access to Navy centralized data systems through the NAVFAC portal; principally but not limited to iNFADS, Electronic Project Generator (EPG), Geo Readiness Explorer (GRX), and Facility Readiness Evaluation System (FRES).
- Develop, submit, and track NAVFAC work permits for construction and SRM support.
- Provide facilities management support for approximately 4,000 work orders annually that are expected to be placed, processed, and monitored of which approximately 400 will be generated within the branch.
- Provide project management expertise to participate in operations and sustainment planning meetings to track project status (such as cost, schedule, performance PvA), take meeting minutes, and report status of operations and sustainment efforts.
- Provide space allocation and space management recommendations and assist in the submission of move request forms.
- Re-verify that the space was properly allocated upon completion of a move.
- Provide Program management assistance to address SRM and other facility related issues as they arise.
- Provide Facility Management support and coordination to support day-to-day facility operations and needs of various branches and divisions and support of specified programs.
- Provide recommendations related to facility/infrastructure matters as well as request and coordinate maintenance and clean-up crews via Government databases and work management systems as required. Generate status reports for facilities projects, data and information collected for data calls, and facility/equipment related drawings and sketches generated.
- Provide physical key management inventory support through inventory, tracking, and metrics. Provide material-handling equipment (MHE) fleet management support, to include inventory and maintenance tracking.
- Equipment Management Support
- This position shall provide WHE and MHE equipment management support to include inventory, analysis, and the preventative maintenance schedule of fixed assets and test equipment. Information concerning the acquisition, maintenance, and use of equipment throughout NSWC-CR will be collected and analyzed. This information will be used to create and maintain a corporate equipment investment and utilization strategy. This support shall maintain awareness of new work orders, equipment moves, and ensure outstanding items or issues are communicated to the Department Facility Coordinators. They shall assist in market research and analysis of facilities related equipment. Support personnel shall prepare recommendations for general equipment and facility maintenance. The Government will approve all recommendations.
- Responsible for providing equipment management support including inventory, analysis, and preventative maintenance of fixed assets and test equipment. Information concerning the acquisition, maintenance, and use of equipment throughout NSWC-CR will be collected and analyzed. This information will be used to create and maintain a corporate equipment investment and utilization strategy. A preventive maintenance (PM) program and equipment lifecycle knowledge base is required. The Government Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software will be the primary data source to change information and shall be vetted through the property management team for approval.
- Support personnel shall coordinate with the Property Management Office (PMO) to maintain current asset records within the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) currently Navy Enterprise Resource Planning
- (N-ERP). Personnel assigned responsibilities for tracking and maintenance for the acquisition, control, disposition and accountability of Personal Property and Equipment (PPE) shall comply with all provisions of the NSWCCRANEINST 7320.1A, Management of Plant, Property and Equipment. Government-owned PPE shall be used for official business use only. Persons entrusted with Government-owned property shall comply with all applicable regulations, policies, instructions, or contractual requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining vehicle and material handling equipment inventories. Tracking and recording preventive maintenance requirements by assigned building and verify the maintenance completion.
- Ensure maintenance on new equipment is identified and reported to the appropriate Department Coordinator and Preventive Maintenance Management Point of Contact.
- Utilizes practical skill and knowledge in general equipment and facility maintenance to aid the Operations and Sustainment team lead in expanding a process/facility equipment and facility knowledge base. Relevant information shall be included in MSRs.
- Maintain awareness of new work orders, equipment moves, and ensure outstanding items or issues are communicated to the Department Facility Coordinators.

- Maintain vehicle and material handling equipment inventories.
These Qualifications are Required:
- 10 years of experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or even private sector proprietary software
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Familiarity/experience with the NSWC-CR mission
- Conference coordination / organization / documentation / follow-up
- Data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of SQL
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline
- PMP Certification Highly Preferred
- Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
