Internship Opportunity at Tamber Bey Vineyards
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team for the upcoming 2025 Harvest in Calistoga. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanitation and fruit receiving/processing
- Barrel work and hygiene, fermentation management, draining and pressing, inoculation/additions
- On-site forklifting and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
About the Role:
This internship will provide exposure to a wide variety of fruit, with a focus on high-end Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast. You will also have the opportunity to work on smaller quantities of other varietals, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, Syrah, and Petite Sirah.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing season conditions
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work long hours, including nights and weekends
