We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Specialist to join our Global Hotel Brands division. This team partners with major hotel brands like Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, and IHG to execute paid media and SEO strategies for branded hotels at the property and enterprise level.
About the Role
The Performance Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels (social media, PPC, and programmatic) while also driving search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance visibility and performance. They will collaborate closely with the Account team to align strategies with individual client goals and maximize results.
This position is based in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Paid Media Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to refine targeting strategies and budget recommendations.
- Write effective ad copy for search campaigns.
- Manage budget pacing and bid strategies to maximize ROI and meet performance targets.
- Track and analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct mid-month performance reviews with the Account team to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Create and present performance reports to stakeholders.
- Apply industry knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues and problem-solve technical challenges.
SEO Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve visibility and relevance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate directly with hotel brands corporate teams to enhance their SEO presence on brand.com.
- Analyze and track performance using SEO tools while staying updated on industry trends.
- Set up and manage local directories and Google Business Profiles.
- Analyze and track performance with various tools to stay up to date when monitoring
- Setup and monitor local directories and Google Business accounts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
What we need from you
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console, Yext, Google Business).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed performance goals.
- Experience using a project management system to stay organized.
- Strong time management and ability to optimize work processes efficiently.

- Agency experience working on multiple accounts

- Facebook Blueprint certified
- Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google DoubleClick, Google Looker Studio
