Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.

- Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and collaboration.
- Serve as a medical receptionist when required, managing patient appointments and inquiries.
- Maintain an organized office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
