Key Responsibilities

• Travel Across Multiple Locations: Flexibility is key as you travel to multiple sites during your shift to provide top-quality service across various commercial properties. Shifts may vary from mornings to evenings, depending on coverage needs.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with call-offs, cover shifts, and support the team as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Professional Development: Gain industry-leading training in advanced cleaning and disinfecting practices using eco-friendly products and equipment.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the delivery of excellent service to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and uphold TamCare’s reputation for quality.
  
  

Skills You’ll Gain

• Master advanced cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, floor care, and disinfecting.
• Maintain a variety of surfaces, including restrooms, carpets, and hard floors such as tile, LVT, and marble.
• Improve communication and reporting skills for building inspection reports and team coordination.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial work with references.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites is required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while following supervisor directions.
• Compliance with CDC and OSHA safety guidelines, including social distancing.
• Must wear provided TamCare apparel and personal protective equipment as required.

• Bilingual is a plus.
