Requirements:
- 1 year experience in janitorial and light-duty maintenance (preferred)
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Successful completion of a background check
- Adherence to Tamcare's time tracking system
- Compliance with OSHA requirements by wearing Tamcare apparel and personal protective equipment as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Perform cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance tasks for condominiums
- Execute daily tasks according to schedule
- Conduct general cleaning duties and maintain restroom hygiene
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas and grounds
- Perform pressure washing and handle light maintenance tasks (e.g., painting, replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles)
- Uphold safety standards and maintain equipment
- Undertake special projects assigned by Operations Manager or Area Supervisor
- Demonstrate confidence, assertiveness, and professionalism while embodying a customer-centric approach
- Maintain daily reports and possess physical capabilities to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and work at heights using ladders

- Days: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Pay: $13.50 an hr
