The Administrative Assistant is the first impression that customers and other visitors have when they walk into or call Tamco Collision Inc. This person is responsible for creating a front office atmosphere that fosters a level of exceptional service and organization while supporting the Office Manager and Estimators.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Scheduling
- Preparing digital and paper files
- Managing vehicle photographs
- Managing customer rental reservations
- Scanning repair documentation
Skills & Abilities:
- Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Work independently
- Adaptable to changing environment/workload.
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills
This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary : $16 - $18
