JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support and drive our sales efforts. This role involves proactive outbound sales, lead generation, and coordinator between inside and outside sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen ability to follow up, and experience in inside sales.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Minimum Three to Five (3-5) Years Experience in a Related Industry
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Experience Preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a sales coordinator, inside sales, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong Sales Ability – Confidently engage with prospects and customers to drive sales, build relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Outbound Sales for Existing & New Accounts – Actively reach out to existing customers for reorders and upselling while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong Organizational Skills – Work with multiple accounts, follow up on leads, and ensure all sales activities are efficiently documented and tracked.
- Follow-Up Consistency – Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with clients and prospects to build long-term relationships and close deals.
- Liaison Between Inside & Outside Sales – Act as a key communication bridge between internal teams and field sales representatives to streamline sales efforts.
- Create & Maintain Sales Reports – Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide reports that offer actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
- Lead Generation & Qualification – Identify, research, and qualify potential leads before passing them to the outside sales team to optimize efficiency.
- Support Outside Sales Efforts – Assist with quotes, follow-ups, and administrative support to ensure the outside sales team can focus on closing deals.
