This is a position with full training provided and opportunities for advancement. The Customer Accounts Manager is an important part of our team and responsible for the renewal payment process of customers which includes contacting customers and ensuring prompt payment. .

Primary Responsibilities
- Contact customer to assure positive payment history
- Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
- Document customer appointments and update information in the store computer system.
- Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries.
