The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our Aaron's Sales and Leasing store to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record in sales management, account maintenance, staff recruitment and development, and inventory maintenance, as well as, possess strong leadership and customer service skills. He or she must be assertive, competitive, and be a self-starter. Our General Managers have the opportunity to drive their overall personal income through the meeting and exceeding of company goals.

In this position you will:
- Achieve/exceed budgeted financial goals and grow the store
- Recruit, hire, train, manage, and motivate all sales personnel
- Lead sales promotions
- Inventory control and adequate availability of merchandise at all times
- Ensure execution of all customer service programs
- Prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
- Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of customers
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
- Maintain all company vehicles within safe operating standards
