Basic Functions
Manages all sales and marketing functions in an Aaron's Sales and Leasing store under the direction of the General Manger. This is accomplished by telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, customer service program and store merchandising.
Primary Responsibilities
- The acquisition and maintenance of customers
- Setting weekly and monthly sales goals and staging products
- Ensure execution of sales, including telephone sales and showroom sales
- Generate new business through apartment community/business accounts
- Create and implement marketing strategies in the community to generate new sales
- Ensure that the showroom floor is well merchandised
- Handle service issues for customers
- Assist General Manager with product ordering, including planning for future sales and events
- Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customers' signatures on lease agreements
- Review and close lease agreements
- Monitor and ensure efficient operation of the Quality Assurance Center

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
