Job Responsibilities:
· Build strong customer relationships leaving an impressionable experience.
· Greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a through vehicle walk around inspection, keep customers updated on service needs and repair status.
· Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians.
· Communicate with parts department and technicians regularly.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer automotive service and repair needs.

Experience Requirements
· Exemplary customer service and sales skills.
· 3 years minimum experience required; dealership experience is a plus.
· Ability to thrive in high pace environment.
· Computer proficiency.
· Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record
