Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure efficient workflows.
- Assist with handling and verifying sold / trade vehicle paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are included for various types of sales (cash, finance, lease).
- Ensure compliance with all required title, lien, tax, rebate, and transactional standards.
- Assist with addressing funding delays to expedite processes between sales and finance.
- Communicate effectively with accounting and office personnel to resolve issues and ensure deals are properly prepared before they reach the accounting office.
