Human Resources (HR) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, benefits, payroll, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other perks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company goals.
- Organize and facilitate employee training programs, including safety, compliance, and professional development.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations, goal-setting, and improvement plans.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
- Assist with disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
