Luxury Dealership Valet Driver – Pickup & Delivery Service
About Us:
We are an award-winning dealership dedicated to delivering a luxury experience to every guest. We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Luxury Dealership Valet Driver to join our Pickup & Delivery Service team. This role plays a key part in providing a seamless and convenient service experience for our valued guests by safely picking up and delivering their vehicles for service appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove pickup and delivery service of guest vehicles for scheduled service appointments.
- Communicate with guests before arrival to confirm pickup/delivery details and provide updates as needed.
- Safely drive and handle luxury vehicles, ensuring each car is treated with the utmost care and respect.
- Perform a visual inspection of vehicles upon pickup and delivery, noting any existing damage and reporting concerns.
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience during each interaction.
- Assist guests with transferring personal belongings as needed during pickup and delivery.
- Use dealership software or mobile apps to track and log pickups and deliveries accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership safety policies.
- Keep the dealership informed of any delays or issues encountered during transport.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times as a representative of the dealership.

Qualifications:
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Previous valet, chauffeur, or driving experience preferred, especially in a luxury setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle time-sensitive pickups and deliveries efficiently.
- Comfortable using mobile apps or dealership systems for tracking and logging trips.
- Able to work in varying weather conditions and sit for extended periods while driving.
