- Participate in the design, execution, and administration of a comprehensive rewards program tailored to contractors' needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Conduct market research to ensure program offerings are competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless program implementation.
- Track program performance metrics and analyze data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Act as a point of contact for contractors regarding the rewards program.
- Develop communication strategies to promote the rewards program and educate contractors about benefits and participation.
- Ensure all programs comply with legal and organizational guidelines.
- Gather and act on contractor feedback to enhance the program’s value and relevance.
