Position Summary:
TAMKO is seeking an exceptional Salesforce Solution Architect/Senior Developer to serve as the Salesforce Technical Lead and Release Manager within our Customer Interface Systems (CIS) team, part of the IT Department. Our vision is to efficiently deliver maximum organizational value through continuous collaboration and full automation across the enterprise. As a key player in achieving our mission, you will help drive the digital transformation of our Customer and Partner networks' engagement with TAMKO by leveraging the Salesforce platform and integrating other cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve designing and building both configurable and code-based solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and enable seamless operations.
Reporting to the Salesforce Digital Strategist, you will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive environment that embraces challenges and harnesses the diverse talents across our enterprise.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Design scalable and robust end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, including custom development and integrations.
- Ensure architectural framework aligns with business goals and industry best practices
- Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards, best practices, and performance considerations are met
- Design and manage integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system architecture, data models, and integrations
- Plan and manage technical releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes
- Manage Salesforce environments, including refresh schedules and data seeding ensuring proper configuration and synchronization
- Manage deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release automation
- Ensure deployments are seamless, with minimal downtime and rollback plans in place
- Conduct pre-release technical review and validation to ensure quality
- Partner with Salesforce Functional team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends
- Propose innovative solutions to leverage new features and improve business processes
- Evaluate existing and proposed solutions, and recommend potential enhancements to eliminate technical debt and continuously improve
Qualifications:
- Strong self-starter with the ability to identify and generate their own work
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps release management team
- Able and willing to adjust to continuously evolving priorities and needs
- Deep understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience managing external and other staff augmentation resources
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Advanced Salesforce configuration skills including a firm grasp of automation
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and projects
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Knowledge of B2B Commerce and Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Familiar with integration and data migration tools and techniques (Dataloader.io, iPaaS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Copado)
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university
