What are the responsibilities and job description for the TERRITORY MANAGER position at TAMKO?
The Customer Relations Manager will provide sales support and drive new business development with TAMKO distributors, high priority building material installers, and industry influencers located in assigned geographical area. This individual will create and nurture long-term relationships in the selling of TAMKO's full portfolio of building materials with the outcome of increasing brand awareness, product usage, and long-term profitability.

Field Operations
- Provide sales support and coverage of TAMKO national account customers and mid-level TAMKO distributors in day to day operations.
- Assist in administration of rebates, incentives, marketing allowances, and other various programs and services
- Resolve discrepancies pertaining to account : invoices / billing, credit memos, return material authorizations, deliveries, price quotes, and warranty material certificates
- As requested, inspect and collect information for product warranty claims in coordination with Technical or Warranty Service Department
- Join, attend, and maintain local business organization partnerships such as local trade associations, home builder associations and local trade shows
- Keep distributor showroom displays stocked with current literature and samples
- Coordinate strategic business plans with other TAMKO sales personnel to increase sales
- Promptly and professionally return all phone calls, text messages and emails
- Prioritize top professional installer sales call strategy to drive product usage to maximize pull through sales
- Make sales calls on jobsites to develop TAMKO specifications and sales
- Subject matter expert in TAMKO's Pro Contractor Program and provide all field support
- Willing to perform other job tasks as assigned
