Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tampa, FL (near the casino) - On-site position.

Tampa Bay Awning is a rapidly expanding company specializing in the manufacture of custom awnings. Over the past year, we've doubled our workforce to 20 employees and this year is looking up as well. We combine the ambition of a large company with the flexibility of a small business. What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule installation appointments with customers.
- Assist inbound callers by providing order updates, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
- Screen and schedule meetings for our sales team with potential customers who have already expressed interest.
- Prepare and provide quotes for wholesale customers (training provided).
- Process orders from customers who are ready to buy (no upselling or price negotiation).
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth communication between departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-focused problem solver – You can de-escalate tense situations while keeping things efficient.
- Experience – At least 3 years in a customer service role.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – highly desired, but not required.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. CRM experience is a plus, but we’ll train you on our industry-specific systems.
- Organized & detail-oriented – You can juggle scheduling, order tracking, and customer communication smoothly.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Choose an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
- Available immediately.
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
