Job Description:
As the Shop Foreman at Tampa Bay Cabinetry, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for overseeing the production floor, managing a team of talented craftsmen, and ensuring that our projects are executed with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in operating Stiles Machinery, such as CNC machines, edge banders, and other woodworking equipment, will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prioritize production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Operate Stiles Machinery, including CNC machines, edge banders, and other woodworking equipment, with expertise and precision.
Ensure that all cabinetry and furniture pieces are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the design team to review project specifications and ensure accurate execution.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in custom cabinetry and furniture manufacturing.
Proficient in operating Stiles Machinery, including CNC machines and edge banders.
Knowledge of CutRite and/or WoodWop software is a major plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
