Your Role as a Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll:

- Welcome customers with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude.

- Guide customers in selecting the perfect eBike for their needs.

- Conduct test rides to showcase eBike features and benefits.

- Maintain a clean and inviting showroom.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest eBike models and technology.

- Support rental operations when needed.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a team member who:

- Has 1 year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.

- Is motivated to achieve sales targets while managing multiple priorities.

- Is bike-savvy (or excited to learn!) with a strong understanding of riding techniques and a commitment to safety.

- Has a passion for educating and empowering customers.

- Is available to work weekends.

What You’ll Do

- Create a friendly first impression: greet walk-ins, answer phones, and guide test rides.

- Provide clear, enthusiastic product details to help customers find their perfect eBike.

- Collaborate with our skilled mechanics to fulfill every customer’s needs.

- Keep our showroom organized and inventory up-to-date.

- Gather customer insights and share ideas to help our business grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
