The Tampa Bay Rowdies are seeking a Specialist, Motion Graphics to oversee in-stadium motion graphics and support live event execution. This role will be responsible for producing motion graphics for matchdays, including fan cam LED Ribbon board content, and other in-game visuals. Additionally, the role will assist with game presentation efforts, ensuring smooth coordination of matchday entertainment. This position will also contribute to fan experience initiatives, enhancing audience engagement beyond matchdays.

- Develop and execute in-stadium motion graphics, including fan cams, LED ribbon board content, and other digital assets for matchday presentations.
- Assist in the execution of game presentation elements, including scripting, timing, and coordination with PA announcers, music operators, and video board staff.
- Support the production of in-game entertainment and interactive fan engagement activities.
- Organize and manage content and assets for archiving and digital production use.
- Work closely with marketing and sponsorship teams to integrate partner activations into stadium displays.
- Assist in the development of fan experience initiatives, ensuring engaging and memorable interactions at Rowdies events.
- Manage relationships with external vendors related to motion graphics, audio-visual production, and in-stadium technology.
- Maintain and update digital assets across stadium displays, ensuring a fresh and polished presentation throughout the season.
- Support production efforts for non-matchday events at Al Lang Stadium that require motion graphics and presentation elements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in sports entertainment, live event production, and fan engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University required, major in Graphic Design, Media Production, Sports Management, or a related field a plus.
- 2 years of experience in motion graphics production, game presentation, or live event production in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Experience operating and managing in-stadium video boards, LED displays, and related production equipment.
- Familiarity with Xpression Studio, VMIX, Daktronics Show Control, and Motion Rocket preferred.
- Experience using ShoFlo for event scripting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of broadcast cameras and production equipment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of live event production, scripting, and show flow.
- Knowledge of sports fan engagement strategies and in-game entertainment best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for matchdays and events
