POSITION SUMMARY:
Tampa Bay Sun FC is on the hunt for bold, magnetic personalities to join our dual-role fan engagement crew—Street Team Hype Squad Members. This unique position requires individuals who can be both professional brand ambassadors and relentless hype leaders. Whether you're representing the club at a community event or energizing the stadium on matchday, you are the face and spirit of Sun FC. This is more than handing out flyers or leading chants—it’s about being the bridge between the team and the fans, bringing our mission to life through electric energy, genuine interaction, and polished presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
On Matchdays (Hype Squad):
- Fire up the crowd with chants, dances, and in-game energy from pre-game to final whistle.
- Engage directly with fans in the stands—bringing fun, inclusivity, and nonstop energy.
- Execute on-field promotions, giveaways, and camera moments with enthusiasm and precision.
- Partner with entertainment staff (PA announcer, DJ, mascot) to deliver an unforgettable atmosphere.
- Help organize fan sections with drums, signs, and organic support.
In the Community (Street Team):
- Represent Sun FC at local festivals, grassroots events, and business activations.
- Speak confidently about the club’s mission, upcoming matches, and community work.
- Distribute promo materials and engage new audiences with energy and professionalism.
- Set up and break down activations including tents, games, and giveaways.
- Collaborate with marketing, foundation, and ticketing teams to drive awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in events, promotions, cheer, dance, theater, or street marketing, preferred.
- Available evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
- Comfortable performing or speaking in front of large crowds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Passionate about women’s sports and grassroots community building.
