The Tampa Bay Times is looking for dynamic Digital Sales Manager. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to join our team. This DSM will lead a team of sales executives who sell creative digital advertising solutions to our local area businesses and beyond. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital sales initiatives and maximizing revenue opportunities by using effective strategies that meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative digital sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital sales executives, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales and adjust budgets accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on product launches and ensure the sales team is well-informed and aligned.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications & Skills
