Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Manager located in Tampa, FL at Tampa Electric. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processes and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field of study from a regionally accredited college/university. In lieu of the Bachelor’s degree an additional 4 years of experience may considered.
- 5 years Payroll Administration
- 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Experience with payroll systems and processes
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication and organizational skills
