Your Role Matters
As a Sales Coordinator you’ll play an important role in delivering on Atrium’s promise of exceptional hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Customer Support – Serve as the first point of contact for sales inquiries, greet visitors, answer calls, process incoming leads, assist with reservations, and provide administrative support to sales
- Group & Event Coordination – Maintain communication with group customers, manage rooming lists and reservation changes, assist with RFPs, contracts, proposals, and coordinate with CVBs
- Administrative & System Management – Upload and maintain group booking files, compile reports, handle billing inquiries, assist with brand reward programs, and manage sales-related documentation
- Enhance Marketing & Customer Engagement - Create branded collateral, manage social media (if necessary) and support marketing efforts to promote the property

Experience & Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or clerical role
Preferred:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related discipline
- Experience: Prior hotel sales office experience
- Experience with Dephi.FDC or CI/TY and Hilton PMS
