Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and manage accounts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities and generate sales leads, leveraging excellent relationship-building and people skills.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, providing accurate estimates.
- Manage and maintain customer interactions and data efficiently using CRM software.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Read and interpret surveys and construction documents with a keen attention to detail.
- Sustain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, encouraging referrals.
- Sales volume must sustain a full-time installation crew with one job Monday-Friday every week.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience is desirable, preferably in the fencing or construction industry. However, candidates demonstrating strong potential without all qualifications will be considered.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a knack for developing relationships are essential. MUST be able to connect with people.
- Ability to work independently and remotely on occasion.
- College degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed $30,000 base. Commission: While meeting minimum sales volume expectation, $50,000 annually. Minimum total expected earnings: $80,000. Exceptional candidates who put in the work and time can achieve a six-figure income.
- Car, phone, and computer provided for business use.
- Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with an hour lunch break provided.
- While a healthcare package is not immediately available, employee will have benefits after trial period is completed successfully. Candidates should not expect it to be available immediately upon hiring.
